Hi everyone. Thanks for dropping in on the blog today. I wanted to cover a recent football tournament I attended and to talk about a few changes coming to my PRO FOOTBALLER package.
First of all, I had a great day at Parley Sports Football Tournament on Saturday 23rd August. (bank holiday weekend). The organisers laid on a great event, and I was really pleased with the amount of interest in my PRO FOOTBALLER portraits. (iphone snap of the action)
I've been in touch with many of you since and am looking forward to creating some great images of your football players! Here is an iphone picture of my make shift stand with my son (assistant) :)
Speaking of the stand, where this year is the first year of me covering tournaments, I held back from throwing too much into the setup. I've certainly got some cool ideas to improve this for next year!
A quick reminder to those who have requested a shoot. I normally run a discounted tournament price on the package, but, in order to secure this, you need to be sending over the deposit within 7 days after receiving the shoot details, so make sure you don't miss out!
One question that came up several times is whether I would shoot teams in this way, and this is something I'm looking into, so keep an eye out for more details.
I'm also going to be updating the video which shows the before and afters on the PRO FOOTBALLER page, so also worth keeping a close eye out. One of your players may well be included on there aswell and in my portfolio!
Finally, I'm going to run a PRO FOOTBALLER competition towards the end of the year which I'll announce on the blog. The competition will apply to all PRO FOOTBALLER's who have had a shoot in the past. All names will be put into a hat, and footballer will receive another PRO FOOTBALLER shoot COMPLETELY FREE. This will include the prints, p&p....basically everything you would normally get for £100!! A great opportunity to capture the player wearing a different kit, in a different background, different pose etc!
That's it for me today. Thanks again for reading. As always, any questions on this or anything else, feel free to get in touch!
